Relaxing. Full Stop.

I know how to relax. And you too need to take time to relax every day. Otherwise you’ll be in trouble. But don’t you worry. I’ll tell you how to do it right. For maximum effect.

You lay down on a sofa. Preferably on your own sofa and your own blanket. But anywhere will do. Then you turn onto your back and lift your feet up. Just let them hang up there, don’t push it. Let you tail rest comfortably. You can close your eyes…or keep them open. Whatever brings you at ease.

And then you just breathe. In and out. Just like that. You let all the worries float away. Like is the dinner ever gonna be served. Or how long a walk you’re going to get tonight.

See, that’s not too difficult. I hope you got it. Oh, dinner is ready. I have to go now.

Much love,

Dylan.

    1. Yes, I too thought his advice was very timely. And it relaxes me just watching him relax 😍 I remember all I’ve learnt but forgotten when stress strikes. Thanks Karen 🙏

  1. Hahahahahaaaa… I can see that Dylan is becoming the proud owner of a scribe! As well as a sofa, a blanket, and wisdom far beyond his years.
He may be interested to know that he has a parallel entity living in Oz. Yes, this little Oz puppy also knows the secrets of relaxation. Why, only last night he could be seen sprawled on someone’s lap (no free guesses here) encouraging that same sense of leisure. 😉 😉 xoxoxo

    1. Haha…I think you are right, but he doesn’t know that as yet or perhaps they don’t get attached to what they own 😉 Dylan sends his love to the little puppy in Oz ❤ XOXO

    1. The throw is very comfy, I inherited it so it has some patina of time. I wonder why people tend to worry about tomorrow when they could enjoy today….have a great now, Val. Love, D

    1. I’m trying to tell that to mom…she could just relax here on the sofa with me and give me tummy rubs. That would be very relaxing for both 🙂

  2. Dylan is so cute to look at that I have a difficult time taking in his advise, I’m too busy going: Aww, totally adorable. So I think his advise must be sinking into me on a visceral level because I feel relaxed. 🙂

    1. Dylan, like all dogs, is completely ‘natural’ and has no idea how cute he is 🙂 And his ability to relax is marvelous…no worries about anything. And everything happens in the “now”. Thanks Genie ❤
