Mrs Gallinule comes out of the nest…Followed by a chick…and another oneThe most adventurous of the three follows mama at a distance…She also knows how to swim….Chick number two explores the marsh on her ownChick number three seems to be the smallest, but is also out and about…
yes, they were so cute, small little fur balls. I was very quiet in my approach, I don’t think they realized I was there…and their mama was not in sight just then.
Those feet are HUGE! And their wings …. looks like they have yet to develop. What an adorable picture series. You always have the coolest photos. Thanks, Tiny. Love, Amy
Thanks Amy! I love these little fur balls. They have huge feet in relation to their size when they are really small. They grow up very fast though and start losing the fluffiness in about 3-4 weeks. I’m planning another post about the new little ones we have now.
Cute! Love the big feet.
They are too cute black fur balls with huge clumsy feet. Mom’s feet are not that huge compared to her size…
Haha, vilka överdimensionerade fötter; inte konstigt att han gÃ¥r barfota i modden – finns nog inga stövlar i hans storlek…
🙂 dom var sa sota!!
Those big feet just amaze me on those cute little balls of fluff. Hugs
The chicks were too cute, black & red fluff balls with their over-dimensioned feet. I hope to see them again one of these days 🙂
Always a fun discovery and adventure being around family! Wonderful images!
Great pictures! They are are adorable.
They were wonderful little fur balls! Now all of them are quite “grown up”. I still see them swimming around in the marsh.

Too cute!! How did you get so close?
