A scream escapes
Deep from the soul
No path discernible
Fog fills the mind
Doubt creeps in
Alone in the night
Blind in the dark
A tear rolls down
Lost.
A carriage arrives
Hope knocks on the door
Hears a weak welcome
Enters the soul
Lightens the mind
Strengthens the faith
Shows the way forward
